I'd like to commend you for your superior service.
A week ago today I signed up with another well known Windows hosting provider who had the diskspace allowance, ASP.Net2.0 and MsSQL2005 features I need (they shall forever remain nameless...) Signing up was easy enough... However, I'm still waiting for response to support tickets submitted a week ago, trying to get access to their SQL server to upload the application database.
After paying to get two IP addresses cleared through their firewall, I then had no details for accessing the SQL server. While trying to solve this problem I came across some positive feedback about your support from someone running CommunityServer with you. I had a quick look around your site, sent an e-mail asking some questions (to which I got a prompt response) and decided to 'Just do it'.
Suffice to say that I am completely bowled over by the professionalism of your hosting service and interface, the smoothness with which everything work "out of the box" and the lack of issues with getting up and running.
Your support in trying to get a couple of things sorted out has been superb.
The ASP.Net/IIS problems with the site are clearly beyond your control, but you've spared no effort in helping me overcome them. Thank you very much!

that we are deploying across the US and in the coming months
globally. We have been extremely happy with your hosting company.
In finding other additional hosting sites to spread our relays across
the country, I have found none that compare to yours.
We are currently using [...another host...], which seems
to be a good hosting site so far, and [...yet another host...], which
has the money to run 16 page ads in IT Architect but has
not upgraded to support ASP.NET 2.0!! When I called them
about it, I ended up with someone with very little
knowledge and no idea when they will be upgrading.
I eventually got an email that stated they plan to
upgrade in the next few months. I bring this to
your attention to let you know that I appreciated
your support before, but now appreciate it even more
after dealing with other hosting companies.
